During the Maryland Crab (April-December) local watermen pull up to our docks to unload their catch to us. In the winter months, we source our crabs from the waters of the Gulf States of Louisiana and Texas.
After they are delivered our staff carefully goes through each crab to measure its size and ensure its quality before being sent upstairs to be served to our guests.
Our crabs are steamed to order and can be purchased by the dozen, 1/2 dozen, or the single crab.
Crabs are served to your table on brown butcher paper topped with J.O. crab seasoning and served with butter and vinegar upon request.
Crabs are priced daily and are displayed on our chalkboards in both the inside and outside dining areas.
